Returns & Refunds

We do not offer order cancellations, however if you would like to change your fragrance choice please contact us within 24 hours. If we have the requested fragrance in stock then we are happy to amend the order. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a product is damaged during transit please email us a photo of the damaged product with a brief description within 24 hours of receiving it. We will then be in contact with you and we will send out a replacement as soon as we can.

If a product is faulty please email us a photo of the item with a brief description within 7 days of receiving it. Providing the fault is due to how it has been made we will issue a refund or exchange (your choice) as soon as we can.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.


To start a return, you can contact us at pureindulgencesoycandles@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
